Is my payment information secure?
Upon checking out you will be directed to Paypal. From there you will complete your payment order through their secure servers.

 

Can I change my order once it’s placed?
Once you have submitted your order, it is not possible to change it.

 

I received a message that my order is out of stock. Why did this happen?
Our inventories are updated daily, and it is possible that the inventory may have become out of stock before the system was updated. We will provide the options of a full refund or to exchange it for another product of your choosing that is equal or lesser value.

 

Can my children wear a BeoBands bracelet?
Beobands is designed for adults and children over the age of 12. We advise that the bracelets are kept out of reach of small children to prevent choking.

 

Will the braided bracelet fit my wrist?
BeoBands bracelets are adjustable and will fit wrists between 5″ – 9″ in circumference.
